The NHEMA technology (New High Energy Mehanical Activation) is a new proprietary methodology for high energy mechanical and mechanochemical activation. The NHEMA method enables the production of high performance materials (similar to those obtained using a nanometric powder) and featured by unique properties. Like for standard activation processes, the NHEMAallows wide flexibility for the composition of the final product. Efficacy is improved though. It allows to combine together even materials that, usually, are not compatible each other. The resulting product consists of a homogeneous powder with micrometric size, characterized by easy storage, handling, and use.

In addition to standard benefits derived from high energy activation, the NHEMA grants some unique features such as:

  • reduced time for processing,
  • better performance of the final production,
  • predictabiliy of processing result,
  • strong industrial scalability of the process.
